Usability Tests

For usability tests of the Explore and City pages on moviinn.com website, we recruited target demographic participants to complete specific tasks. Observing their interactions and asking them to think aloud helped us identify points of confusion, frustration, or satisfaction.

After the tasks, we conducted interviews to gather users' impressions, likes, dislikes, and difficulties. Analyzing this data revealed patterns that informed our recommendations for improving the Explore and City pages.

User Persona

We created personas for Moviinn by analyzing data from usability tests and research to identify distinct user groups. Each persona captured demographic information, goals, pain points, and motivations, aiding in better understanding and designing for our users.

Customer Journey Map

To create Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) for Moviinn, we used findings from usability tests and personas. We visualized each persona's journey, from awareness to final interaction, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. This comprehensive overview guided us in enhancing the site's usability.

Information Architecture

We crafted Moviinn’s Information Architecture using insights from Customer Journey Maps, user pain points, and usability tests. We identified key interaction points, addressed pain points, and categorized information through card sorting. After validating with usability tests, the final structure improved navigation and accessibility, resolving UX issues with locating inner pages.

Wireframes

We began wireframing by outlining the structure and layout of Explore and City pages with low-fidelity sketches, prioritizing functionality over aesthetics. Digital wireframes were then refined based on user testing and feedback, ensuring a user-friendly structure. Iterative adjustments resulted in clear layouts ready for high-fidelity designs.
